THE TERMS ACCEPTED INSIDE THE APP

Data and privacy

By using PatternPro you acknowledge that ballistics data, including target imagery, coordinate mappings and environment variables, may be processed on our secure servers.

Telemetry is encrypted in transit. We do not sell your personal coordinate data to third parties. Anonymised aggregate data may be used to improve our detection models.

If you agreed when accepting the Terms, the target photos you analyse on our server are kept and used to improve the detection model. You can withdraw that at any time, and the app works fully either way.

Detection accuracy

PatternPro uses machine learning for visual pattern recognition. The analysis is an estimation tool, not absolute truth.

Pattern percentages are computed from the detected hits inside a standard patterning circle centred on the point of impact.

Automatic markers may misidentify debris, printing or target imperfections as impacts, and may miss hits in dense clusters.

You are responsible for verifying findings against the physical target when accuracy matters.

Always review and correct the detected hits before trusting a count.

Subscriptions

Premium features, including unlimited cloud storage and advanced comparison tools, require an active subscription.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the billing period ends. Refunds are evaluated case by case within 14 days of initial purchase.

Liability

PatternPro is an analytical software utility. It is not a substitute for proper training, safe handling practices or professional instruction.

In no event shall PatternPro or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the software. You assume full responsibility for your actions and for adherence to local laws and range safety regulations.
